You need an attorney that is familiar with the New Jersey Statutes. Our firm has been representing injured workers since 1995 and have consistently obtained favorable settlements for our client's in these types of matters.

Social Security Disability Claims

If you are unable to work, even for only a finite period of time, you may be entitled to Social Security Disability benefits. Each individual's benefit and eligibility depends on their own work history. We will represent your interests, preparing your matter from inception to hearing with an Administrative Law Judge. Our results in handling SSD claims have been excellent.

Labor and Employment Litigation

The firm represents individuals who may have suffered a wrongful termination or discrimination in the course of their employment. The firm is experienced in negotiating seperation and non-compete agreements with your employer. We currently hold a position as a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association Labor and Employment committee.

Real Estate

If you have a residential real estate transaction as a purchaser or seller, our firm has almost 20 years of experience handling the closing of title of such matters. Again, we are able to provide you with a unique individual attention to work closely with you on your real estate matters.

General Practice

Our firm has been handling a variety of Civil disputes since 1994. We have litigated matters in the Chancery Court involving disputes of an equitable nature such as Estate Disputes.
